Digital Coaching
Thrive is a self-paced, digital coaching program that addresses the most common mental and emotional well-being issues students face. Students are guided by an expert coach with engaging videos, articles, and journal prompts.
Health Coaching
Our coaching combines two approaches to achieve better outcomes. Our coaches are trained in both motivational interviewing and behavior modification to maximize results. This unique combination allows our coaches to engage students at a higher rate than using one technique by itself. Topics available include:

Wellness App
Sunset Health is an AI-driven mobile app that builds a personalized plan to improve mental health, reduce burnout, and unlock the path to sustained well-being.
The app is simple to use, yet complex in its ability to build a tailored program based on each student’s needs. Daily action is prioritized and easy for students to follow with push notification reminders.
Well-Being Courses
Micro learning courses containing videos and follow up quizzes for an engaging and educational learning experience. Whole person well-being topics are covered: mental & emotional well-being, nutrition, fitness, meditation, heart health, yoga, stress management, ergonomics, and financial well-being.
Student Health Publications
HealthyLife Students’ Self-Care Guide reaches adolescents and student in the 16-24 age group. It addresses a variety of topics covering 3 important areas-common health problems, safety and lifestyle issues.
Achieving Mental Well-Being helps you identify symptoms and determine the best course of treatment for common mental health issues including anger, fears, depression and stress. 96 pages.
