To hold space for others, it
is essential to have the right tools to effectively manage and hold space for yourself. Attendees will reflect on their leadership goals, actualize an action
plan to make their goal a reality and prepare talking points that enable them to confidently make it happen. This repeatable method will help hold space for themselves while providing a process to offer this type of reflection to those they lead.
Research shows we are more likely to achieve a goal when we write it down. Starting with a short self-reflection exercise using guided meditation and a journal, participants will focus on setting a goal within a set time. The session will explore why the goal is important and what actions are required to make the goal a reality including prioritizing the first steps, timing, and resources to ensure success.
This session will explore practical ways to build a personalized step-by-step plan to maintain a clear head space every day. Participants will begin by outlining what self-care means to them and a set
of techniques and tools, including a self- care mantra, to practice daily self-care will be shared for inspiration. Attendees will leave the session with an action plan of small, daily practices for their unique self-care progress.
Creating healthy boundaries is a crucial component of self-care. Benefits include helping people make decisions based on what is best for them, leading to improved mental health, increased confidence, and better time management. This session will explore a repeatable four-step process that can be practiced with confidence helping participants avoid burnout and create emotional well-being.
Sound healing is a powerful tool to help move stuck energy and ease into a meditative state. A short overview including the 101 of sound healing, physical and mental benefits, and properties of the instruments will kick off the session followed by a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath. Participants will dissolve tension and find calm and relaxation. No prior experience is needed, simply listen, welcoming rest and well-being.

Storytelling is an art, and like every other art form, great storytelling takes practice! Attendees will participate
in improvisation exercises that will help them think of stories quicker and tell stories that keep their audience’s attention. Participants will
be challenged to deliver a monologue/story without any prep time.
In this workshop, attendees will gain tools to add to their speaker’s toolbox, and they will get an opportunity to speak in front of a group and share a message they care about. Participants will leave with more confidence and excitement about public speaking.
Participants will learn to trust themselves and their skills and realize they can think much quicker on their feet than they think! By having fun and pushing themselves out of their comfort zones, participants will gain more confidence in the art of impromptu speaking!
PUBLIC SPEAKING WORKSHOPS
Participate in engaging improvisation exercises to learn new skills, such as a “Yes, and...” mindset, improved listening, and thinking quickly on their feet. Participants will learn what a Yes, and... Mindset is and how that mindset can impact their professional and personal lives. (Spoiler alert: “Yes, and...” does not mean having to say Yes all the time.)
Participants will practice showing empathy and compassion in the exercises and experience what it means to be vulnerable with a group and also accept others for sharing and being vulnerable as well. (Note: vulnerability does not mean you have to share the hardest, most traumatizing story of your life. You can if you want to, but that will not be required in this workshop).

This workshop is all about practicing and advancing our essential life skills, so we can truly understand what it takes to create a psychologically safe environment for everyone in our workplace. This workshop is not just for
those in leadership positions. ALL employees can use these applied improvisation skills
to improve their mindset and perspective, which can shift and shape psychological safety and engagement at work.
Participants will play multiple team building and improv games to challenge themselves to think quickly and flex their creativity muscles! The improv games will have participants laughing, getting out of their heads and into their bodies, and working together as a team to build a scene, an idea, or a reality. Participants will be encouraged to take risks and learn how to embrace mistakes as opportunities instead of failure, which can help them be more creative at work and in their personal lives.

not just for the improv
stage. “Yes, and...” is a great tool for brainstorming and innovation. In this workshop, attendees will discover the power of “Yes, and...” and
use it to help generate ideas for new products, services, solutions, etc. Attendees will be given space to share their ideas freely, and the group will get to see what comes up as they work together and accept and build off of each others’ ideas.
Attendees will participate in engaging exercises to improve and enhance their communication and collaboration skills. Participants will improve collaboration skills by working together as a team to build new realities and scenarios. Participants will leave the meeting feeling that they contributed, created something together, got to interact with each other, and most importantly, had fun while doing it.

to take a lot of time either. Join us for a quick 30-, 45-, or 60-minute Play Break where we will play a few improvisation games to get our minds working in a different way and create a connection with our co- workers. Then you can go back to work feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the major tasks on your to-do list.
